American Friends of the Château de Rosa Bonheur is a non-profit organization founded in 2024 and affiliated with the Myriad USA, a 501(c)(3) public charity. Through this partnership, donations supporting its projects are processed via the Myriad Foundation, enabling tax-deductible giving in the United States. Its mission is to raise awareness and financial support for the Château de Rosa Bonheur and the legacy of the renowned French animal painter Rosa Bonheu

The organization works in close collaboration with the French association created in 2018 to preserve, promote, and celebrate Rosa Bonheur’s work, personality, and memory. It supports the preservation of the artist’s works and of the Château de By, contributes to the enrichment of its collections through the acquisition of artworks, objects, and historical furniture, and helps sustain its cultural, scientific, and educational programs.

Through its activities, American Friends of the Château de Rosa Bonheur fosters Franco-American cultural exchange and strengthens the international visibility of Rosa Bonheur’s legacy.
