Resolutely inspired by the 19th century, the tables are dressed in white while the 19th-century porcelain and mismatched silverware of the Château given even the slightest meal a festive air. 

Our chef, Alexandre Collin, concocts tailor-made menus, taken from Rosa Bonheur's cookbooks and revisited in his own way. He transports you to his refined and warm culinary universe.
